Ahead of Sunday’s Bills vs. Jaguars showdown, Buffalo’s Conway The Machine is challenging Lil Duval to friendly playoff wager to comedian and Jacksonville Jaguars superfan Lil Duval.
The way it works is that if the Bills win the AFC Wild Card playoff game, the comedian must come to Buffalo to headline a live comedy show, with partial proceeds benefiting Conway’s charitable initiative, Conway Cares (supports community-focused causes in Buffalo and beyond). And if the Jaguars win, Buffalo’s beloved rapper must head to Jacksonville to perform at an event of Lil Duval’s choosing. To top it off, Conway will throw in 100 wings from local fan-favorite, Wingnutz.
“This is all love, competition, and respect,” said Conway The Machine, who is founding member of Drumwork Music Group and one of Buffalo’s most influential voices in hip-hop. “It’s about football, culture, and giving back. Bills Mafia knows what time it is.”
As of yet, Lil Duval – known for his outspoken sports loyalty and comedic edge – has not responded to Conway’s challenge, but fans on both sides are pushing for the comedian to step up to the plate and do what’s best for hip-hop, comedy, sports fandom, and philanthropy.
