    Infilling: Whitfield Avenue

    A pair of vacant lots in South Buffalo could be sprouting new homes under plans by owners Marcus and Jennifer Rogowski.  They are working with Sunset Custom Homes to construct a two-story house at 308 Whitfield Avenue and a one-story house next door at 312 Whitfield.

    Variances are needed for both homes including for insufficient ground floor transparency on the front façade, insufficient garage setback, and excess driveway width.

    Daryl Martin designed the homes for the lots which are 45’ wide and 128’ deep.
