WNED | WBFO’s Antiques Home Show

If you’re into antiquing, then chances are that you’re a fan of the Antiques Home Show. The show offers people a chance to hand over their prized possessions to expert appraisers, who will hopefully have some good news to share. Sometimes there are some real finds out there, just waiting to be discovered.

On Saturday, May 20, 2017, people are invited to bring their curiosities to WNED | WBFO Studios. There is a $10 charge per item, with no limit to the number of valuables they share with the experts.

There are four sessions to choose from on that day: 9:30-11AM, 11AM–12:30PM, 1-2:30PM or 2:30–3:30PM.

So dust off your antiques, Buffalo. It’s time to see what your antiques are worth. Or maybe there’s an interesting tale or two, just waiting to be told? Just about everyone has a couple of curios that they have always wondered about. Now’s the time to see what the stories are behind them. Who knows, maybe you even have one of these hanging around collecting dust in the attic? Now that’s one lucky Buffalonian who had no idea that she was about to hit the lottery.

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
