Fans of film will once again have a splendid opportunity to participate in the annual Buffalo International Film Festival (BIFF) in 2024. This year’s festival will feature upwards of a wide array of films, including a number of locally produced selections. Along with film showings, BIFF also provides the community with lots of other ways to get involved with film-related endeavors, such as workshops, seminars, industry panel discussions, and an offscreen series of art, music, and performance activities.
The Biggest BIFF ever features 200+ short and feature films from 30+ countries!
For anyone interested in checking out some of the films during this year’s festival, most of the productions have trailers that can be found on the BIFF website. Just click on any film that looks like it’s of interest, and you’re off to the races. Take, for example, Film is Dead. Long Live Film!, or Realm of Satan. Or consider attending BIFF Panel: Buffalo’s Brightest. There’s so much to see and do this year, if you take the time to seek it out – from documentaries, to shorts, to events, to performances… it’s all at your fingertips. Get ready to open your eyes to a world of film that you never knew existed, right in your own backyard.
