Hook & Ladder Development added to its Seneca Street portfolio yesterday with the purchase of 1880 Seneca Street. Ellicott Development’s 3871 Group LLC sold the property to H&L for $150,000. It contains two apartments and 1,163 sq.ft. of commercial space.
1880 Seneca Street is adjacent to H&L’s 1890 Seneca Street that it purchased a year ago (above, right). Hook & Ladder’s commercial properties are focused on Seneca Street including its renovated headquarters at 2111 Seneca Street, 2096 Seneca, 2111 Seneca, 2114 Seneca, 2342 Seneca, and 2344 Seneca.
