Urban Roots Community Garden Center is pleased to announce it’s 2015 Winter/Spring Garden Workshop Series. This is the ninth year that Urban Roots has offered FREE workshops to the gardening community and its sixth year partnering with Grassroots Gardens of Buffalo in this capacity.
The workshops in this year’s schedule are a mix of perennial favorites and new topics focusing on what’s “hot” in the gardening world. It includes workshops for community and backyard gardeners, those just starting out and the experienced gardener, as well as, anyone interested in indoor gardening.
The workshop series kicks off this Saturday, January 17th at 3pm with Organic Gardening and Pest Management presented by an Urban Roots favorite, David Clark. All workshops will take place at Urban Roots, 428 Rhode Island St. Buffalo in their recently expanded storefront! Workshops are FREE but registration is required.
