There’s a great opportunity for all WNY Businesses to access products, services and resources to help develop and implement sustainability projects and save your company money. The Sustainability Management and Resources Tradeshow (SMART) is being held on Tuesday, January 20 at the UB Clinical and Translational Research Center at 875 Ellicott Street. The event runs from 3 pm to 7:30 pm and will be held on the 5th floor.
SMART will showcase landscapers, architects, energy conservation consultants, water conservation, waste and recycling management, E-waste disposal services, geothermal, solar panel installers, alternative energy, eco packaging and janitorial suppliers, and more.
The keynote speaker at 5 pm is Deb Friedel, Director of Sustainability at Delaware North. She will provide an overview of Delaware North’s GreenPath program, the firm’s approach to responsible stewardship:
“Delaware North serves as a leader in the hospitality industry. Through GreenPath®, our integrated stewardship approach, we positively impact and support sustainability in the Special Places where we are privileged to operate.”
The SMART event is free. Registration is encouraged but not required; visit the Sustainable Business Roundtable website.
