Does the new year bring with it a need to live a healthier lifestyle? That’s the commitment that many people make to themselves, yet rarely do they live up to the ideals and goals that they set.
If living a healthier life is a path that you are looking to take, then join the Life Transitions Center as practitioners demonstrate just how holistic practices can help people to live better through restorative, healing and uniquely fun ways. By now, most of us are familiar with at least a few of the following different types of healing practices: massage, reflexology, Reiki, hypnosis, healing touch, chiropractic therapy, yoga, meditation and Qi Gong. Then there are the spiritual and physical modalities of Feng Shui, essential oils, homeopathy, acupuncture and drumming. Add in some food demonstrations and tastings, and you’ve got a well-rounded regimen of holistic directions to take… that is if you are interested in attending a series of mini-sessions at the Life Transitions Center City Campus.
The mini-sessions take place on Saturday, March 29 from 11:00 am. – 3:00 pm. Once there, you will receive a “Passport to Wellness” that will enable you to travel from session to session while keeping an arts journal that you can later refer back to.
