The holidays mean different things to different people. December is a time to reunite with family, share meals, think about peace on earth, recollect, give thanks, and prepare for the new year ahead. No matter what the holidays mean to you, there are certain inspirational celebrations that should pique your interest, as they really do embody the broad stroke messages of the time of year – from decorations, to music, to the embodiment of peace and joy.
The audience is invited to participate in singing favorite holiday songs and carols at this free concert.
On Friday, December 22, starting at 7:30 PM, Westminster Presbyterian Church will be hosting a Christmas Concert, featuring The Westminster Presbyterian Church Choirs, the Handbell Choir, a historic Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ, and the Buffalo Brass Octet. The performers will enthrall the crowd with Christmas classics, including Britten’s Ceremony of Carols and Rutter’s Gloria.
