Maria is a dedicated dancer and dance instructor in Buffalo NY. She orchestrates a dance troupe called Foxy Diamondz and doesn't miss a chance to catch a dance show that rolls through town. Maria has been promoting all forms of dance in hopes that others have a chance to truly appreciate the local dance scene that she feels is energetic, diverse and due for some serious recognition.

Formerly known Foxy Diamondz Dance, the Foxy Entertainment team is celebrating its five year anniversary today. Our very first event ever was a kickoff to summer party – Coyote Ugly style – in 2013. We thought we would just throw a fun, wild party, but as it turns out, Foxy has evolved over the years from that moment on into my dream career. We have come so far since that day – learning, growing, expanding, and now introducing our rebrand – Foxy Entertainment LLC. The Pittsburgh CLO & Kansas City Starlight’s Production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid directed by Glenn Castle brought to life the animated 1989 classic fairytale with a bright, bubbly, colorful underwater transformation this past weekend to Shea’s Performing Arts Center. After careful thought and consideration, I decided it would be appropriate to bring along my 10 year old cousin, Grace. It’s not everyday you are able to see the Tony Award winning production of “Cabaret” by Roundabout Theatre Company. “Cabaret”  originally debuted in 1966 and celebrated it’s milestone 50th anniversary just last year!  Sam Mendes and Rob Marshall’s production of “Cabaret” gives a racy, sublimely seductive performance with a chilling heart-stopping finale.  Set in Berlin, Germany in 1929, it delivers a serious storyline and explores highly controversial issues such as; politics, abortion, homosexuality, drugs and prostitution.  Some of these issues even hit close to home in the recent political turmoil and were scary and daunting at times.
