John (Josh) grew up in Buffalo where he stayed until moving to Chicago for 13 years right after college. It is there that he worked for some of the top sports marketing companies in the country. 6 years ago, he formed Bison Entertainment Group which provides client entertaining and incentives to companies all over the world. Whether it is tickets/suites, private housing at the Masters, Super Bowl, athlete/celebrity appearances, putting together national sales meetings or incentive trips, his company covers it all!

The Bills have played two good teams this year and they have now failed both tests. Buffalo is a team with a good defense and a below average offense. If the D does not have a good day, you can pretty much bet that Josh Allen and Co will not be the ones to save the day (unless they are facing bottom dwellers). The Eagles were a desperate team and manhandled Buffalo through the run all day long. There was a lot of blame to go around but yesterday, my finger is pointing straight at Brian Daboll. Josh Allen will…

A little late on this article due to travel but I have to say, it feels pretty good being 5-1 the way the rest of the AFC is looking right now. I am not going to put too much stock into the Miami game as I tend to believe that Buffalo plays down to their competition a lot (Bills and Sabres). Fitzmagic was on full display and for most of the game, he was hitting his targets like Fitz of old. Like clockwork though, the magic ran out in the 3rd quarter as Tre White stole the game. Up until…

I think everyone knew this was going to be a defensive battle and boy, it sure was. The Bills defense was absolutely smothering, while Josh Allen managed the game, taking much better care of the ball. Aside from the one ill-advised throw (which resulted in an int), you really could not have asked for a much better day from Allen. Unlike the Patriots game, he took what the defense gave him and threw the ball away when he found himself in trouble. With a D like Buffalo has, there is no reason to get risky and put them in a…

Well, another game, and another big opportunity squandered away by a QB who just doesn’t seem to learn from his mistakes. The way the defense played yesterday, I am pretty confident that just not playing awful would have gotten the job done. Allen came out of the gate missing targets left and right, got sacked twice while in field goal range, and capped it off by throwing 3 more interceptions. It is quite frustrating to see the same pattern repeated by Allen week after week, especially when you have a Super Bowl caliber defense shutting down the “golden boy” Tom…

So, how good are we actually feeling about this 3-0 Bills team? If you had asked me after the first half yesterday, I would have had a much different answer than I do right now. I thought Allen had the best half of his career and then he had to go ahead and throw that interception that resembled 2018 all too well. Yes, he is still going to make mistakes, but until he stops making decisions like that, the Bills are going to continue to let mediocre teams hang around. You really can’t say enough about the defense as they…

The Bills did exactly what they were supposed to do vs the Jets and the Giants and now they have a chance to go 3-0 with a less talented Bengals team coming to town. Josh Allen has shown improvement in both games and the 98 yard drive, which included a key 3rd and 6 conversion, was exactly what I wanted to see from a potential franchise QB. I think we all knew that if Buffalo was going to have a legit shot this year, they had to start beating the inferior teams. You could not have asked for a better…

The rest of the season is about progress, for who many are hoping is the Bills franchise QB. After an absolutely dreadful first half, Allen seemed to settle down, take some zip off the ball, and manage to make some nice completions. Ironically, after running for his life on the final play, there was just not enough zip to win the game, as a wide open Charles Clay dropped the ball in the end zone. Yes, the ball could have been caught, but just a little more oomph on the ball secures victory without a doubt. As Allen ran for…

Although everyone will be talking about the offensive explosion yesterday, what cannot be overlooked is that Buffalo now has the #1 defense in the entire NFL. There are a few things that stuck out in the game against the Jets and one of them was that a somewhat accurate QB is all that is really needed to stay competitive vs the non-elite teams. I am not going to pretend that Barkley had some epiphany yesterday, as I am of the belief that the entire Jets team decided to quit 10 minutes into the game. NY played like a team who…

We are well aware that outside of tailgating, Buffalo has been long forgotten when it comes to fielding a competitive team in the NFL. Now, with the offensive production reaching historic lows, the Bills have become the punchline once again. At least when the naysayers were focusing on 4 Super Bowl losses, Bills fans could take solace that their team never gave up and were posting big wins throughout the seasons. What Buffalonians (and the rest of the NFL landscape) has witnessed thus far is beyond inexcusable. This organization is living in the past thinking that the modern day NFL…

Ok, enough is enough here with the whole retired QB as your starter. Derek Anderson has been in the league for 13 years, and since he has been named the starter for Buffalo, he has managed a grand total of ZERO touchdowns. With the exception of Peterman’s 5 pick game last year, he looks like pretty much the same guy (including the pick 6s), except he does not know how to get the ball in the endzone. We get it, you couldn’t trot Peterman out there last week because you were afraid to upset the locker-room (and the fan-base.) Now…
