For the past five years Stitch Buffalo has been empowering refugee women in Buffalo by providing them with an opportunity to financially contribute to their family and community while learning skills to take with them for a lifetime. One spring day in March, 2014, accomplished violist Virginia Barron and violinist Yuki Numata Resnick delivered a performance for an enthusiastic audience at PS 45 International School on Hoyt Street in Buffalo.
