Roswell Park’s Clinical Research Center’s exterior of glass and terra cotta is coming into focus. The 142,000 sq. ft. building is being built adjacent to Roswell Park’s Main Hospital at the northwest corner of Carlton Street and Michigan Avenue.
The 11-story, $40 million building will allocate space for an expanded chemo clinic and a patient education/survivorship center, which will help serve the growing needs of Roswell Park’s 31,000 annual patients and their families.
The project, the first new construction at Roswell since 2007, is expected to be completed by Fall 2015. fxfowle architects of New York City designed the project. LeChase Construction Services is general contractor.
