Buffalo Spree has come out with a new cookbook called Food for Four Seasons. This is the first time that the publication has ventured down the path of producing a regional cookbook.
Food for Four Seasons is filled with recipes from over 50 executive chefs in the Greater Buffalo area, many of whom are owner-operators of notable establishments. Inside you will find short blurbs about the chefs and their culinary pursuits, though more importantly the cookbook is loaded with chef-inspired recipes that showcase their talents in the kitchen. Those talents reflect the changing landscape of Buffalo’s evolving food scene.
Aspiring chefs and home cooks should pick this book up, recreate a few of the recipes, and ultimately learn what some of Buffalo’s top chefs are doing with the culinary resources that we all have at our disposal.
