Ellicott Development purchased Upstate New York Transplant Services’ building at 110 Broadway in the Elm-Oak Corridor. The sales price was $3 million. UNYTS relocated to Clarence last year.
The two-story, 51,500 sq.ft. building was originally a Sealtest warehouse. It was renovated in the early 1980’s by Uniland Development as part of its Buffalo Technology Campus project (below). Comptek Research, the original tenant, moved out in 1994. It had a number of occupants since.
Ellicott Development has not disclosed its plans for the building and 48-space parking lot.
