One of the questions I am asked most often is “Where is the best Steak in Buffalo?” This question has many different answers depending on what you look for in a steak. So I think we should put this long standing question/debate to bed!
However, to do this, we need your help Buffalo! Buffalo Rising is hosting a poll that will go until Super Bowl Sunday (2/3). Your votes are needed to determine the top 5. From there we will go in to taste and try those 5 restaurants’ steaks in order to crown, “Buffalo’s Best Steak”. While the winner does not have to be a steakhouse, it does have to be a local brand, not a chain.
We will be voting on the following Criteria:
- Appearance / Marbling
- Doneness / Tenderness
- Texture
- Taste / Flavor / Succulence
- Best Cut of Steak
- Best Side
- Ambiance
- Overall Impression
A couple key voting notes:
- Three lucky voters will receive a $100 gift card to one of the winning restaurants
