In 2025, Goo Goo Dolls performed two sold out concerts at the Town Ballroom, as a benefit for FeedMore WNY. The fundraiser concerts raised $150,000 for the organization, whose mission is to provide nutritious food and skills training to Western New Yorkers.
Seeing that last year’s concert fundraiser was so successful, the decision has been made to do it all over again. On November 20 and November 21, two benefit concerts will be held at Town Ballroom, with 100% of the tickets sales going to FeedMore WNY.
Over the years, the Goo Goo Dolls – formed by John Rzeznik and Robby Takac in Buffalo in 1986 – have sold over 15 million records worldwide. The band has four Grammy nominations, with nearly fifteen #1 and Top Ten hits, and upwards of a dozen platinum and gold singles combined. They also hold the all-time radio record for “Most Top 10 Singles.”
Once again, this city is beyond lucky that the band is so dedicated to its hometown. These benefit concerts are just another reminder that Rzeznik and Takac are loyal to their roots, and to their original fanbase.
Tickets go on-sale Friday, October 2.
Tickets can be purchased HERE and HERE while further information on FeedMore WNY can be found at www.feedmorewny.org.
