Work is ongoing at ROAR Logistics’ future headquarters on Niagara Street. ROAR, a leading provider of integrated transportation solutions, is moving its headquarters from 535 Exchange Street to the former Oliver Gear complex at 1120 Niagara Street. Carmina Wood Design is the architect on the adaptive reuse project.
A warehouse building located at 1106-1110 Niagara was demolished to make way for the project. The one-story building was located between 1120 Niagara Street and the Curtiss Malt House at 1100 Niagara that was purchased by Rich Products from Douglas Development. The Malt House is currently receiving a new roof.
ROAR has 90 associates in Buffalo, and over 180 associates across the country. The company expects to accommodate significant local growth at the new site.
