Two parcels on Niagara Street are coming along nicely. 1273 and 1277 Niagara Street are in the midst of becoming two incredible assets for the blossoming commercial corridor.
Developer Bill Breeser told me that he is almost complete with carpentry and framing, and that workers are now roughing in the plumbing. He anticipates that the electricians and roofers will be onsite in coming weeks.
As for the status of the two first floor commercial spaces (1000 SF in the yellow, and 1500 SF in the gray), Breeser has not begun actively looking for tenants. “Once the front ends are tuned up a little more, the search will begin,” said Breeser.

In recent years, Breeser has done a smashing job of investing in his real estate portfolio along Niagara Street. The result has been an infusion of shops, breweries, restaurants, and services that have contributed towards the establishment of a new and growing destination focused corridor on the city’s West Side.
