Buffalo Rehab Group Physical & Occupational Therapy is seeking Planning Board approval on Tuesday for a new facility at 1001 Abbott Road in South Buffalo. Dean Architects designed the proposed single-story 2,970 square foot building planned for a 16,016 sq.ft. lot located at the southwest corner of Abbott and Cushing Place previously occupied by a gas station.
Twenty-eight parking spaces are proposed for the site. The project cost is estimated at $800,000. Buffalo Rehab Group has 15 existing locations including city offices at 1585 Hertel Avenue and 21 Persia Street.
