After taking up residence at The Terrace in Delaware Park, the annual Cider Fest is heading to Sully’s Harbor Bar for its seventh year. This year’s Cider Fest will feature a line-up of ciders that includes Black Bird Cider Works, Hamburg Brewing Company, 1911 Established, Cider Creek, Down East, Blake’s Hard Cider Co., Bombshell Hard Cider (Three Brothers), Bold Rock, and Southern Tier Brewing Company (line-up subject to change).
There will also be live music, a clam bake and chowder bar, face painting and kids activities, caramel apples, cider donuts, cider ice cream, and cider slushies, with cider tastings from local cideries including Smith’s Orchard. Craft beer and wine will also be available. What more could you ask for?
In recent years there has been a cider revival, especially in New York State. Now, the celebrations are bigger and better than ever.
