Buffalo, are you ready to walk?
On Friday, August 28th and Sunday, September 6th, Buffalo Fashion Week is throwing open the doors for its biggest model casting calls yet, bringing hundreds of aspiring and professional models, students, creatives and fashion lovers together at Brand Hive Buffalo for a shot at the runway during its upcoming fall show.
And yes, you read that correctly: you don’t have to already be a professional model to show up.
For the past three years, thousands of people have auditioned for the chance to become part of Buffalo’s premier fashion event. This year, models are expected to come from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, New York City, Toronto.
Buffalo Fashion Week is looking for people who are driven, professional, and excited about fashion. Selected models won’t simply be faces walking from one end of a runway to the other; they’ll become part of the creative machinery behind a show that celebrates collaboration, individuality and the increasingly vibrant fashion culture taking root in Western New York.
“This season’s casting calls will be one of our most exciting to date,” says Fashion Director, Mia Rich. “Truly the perfect opportunity for creatives to network and develop their skills. You don’t want to miss it.”

The official Buffalo Fashion Week Casting Calls will take place at Brand Hive Buffalo at 731 Main Street over two days:
Friday, August 28: 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Sunday, September 6: 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
