Yes! Finally, 868 Main Street – a building with all sorts of potential – is on the market. For years I’ve watched this beauty sit idly by, awaiting an opportunity to shine as a fully-functioning mixed-use building once again.
Actually, this looks like a fabulous opportunity for someone to open a small business, while living dwelling in and/or leasing the two upper residential units. The living accommodations appear to be in decent/really good shape (see photos).
