Looking for a super social gathering place to watch USA vs England play in the World Cup? Well, look no further than Chippewa Street.
On Friday, November 25 (starting at noon), The Chippewa Alliance will be closing the street to traffic, in order to host a huge viewing party, between Delaware and Franklin. Similar to the popular Buffalo Bills viewing parties on Chippewa, this World Cub event will be a whole lot of fun. Plus, it’s a family friendly affair.
Here are some of the details:
- Activities for kids before and during the game
- An artisan market featuring local vendors
- Multiple 15’ Video walls to watch the game
- Live Game sound
- Heated tents for viewing
- Food and drink specials from all the surrounding bars and restaurants on Chippewa
General Admission tickets are just $1 per person plus either a canned good to benefit Feedmore WNY, an article of clothing to benefit the City Mission or a new, unopened toy to benefit Toys For Tots.
Tickets can be purchased online at ChippewaBlockParty.com
For those that prefer to watch the games indoors, you also have the option to go inside Rec Room, Soho, Bottoms Up, 67 West and Buffalo Taphouse and take advantage of additional food and drink specials.
