Tempo, one of Buffalo’s premier restaurants located at 581 Delaware Avenue, is in line for façade enhancements. The upgrades include replacement of a large picture window with two Italianate windows matching the others on the front façade. Also planned is a new wood and metal porch for the circa-1878 structure.
Owner Mark Hutchinson is working with Antunovich Associates on the design. The Preservation Board will review the plans on Thursday.
