Stephen Development’s conversion of 151 E. Eagle is wrapping up. Eight loft apartments are being carved into the 10,900 sq.ft. building that is adjacent to the AC Lofts complex and across the street from a planned three-building project by Norstar USA.

Each of the apartments are two-story with seven two-bedroom units and one one-bedroom. On-site parking is planned.

The project, at the southern end of the African American Heritage Corridor, is located on the eastern edge of downtown, a short distance to the new Braymiller Market and Main Street light rail.

Stephen Development is headed by brothers Paul and Jim Stephen. With a growing portfolio concentrated in Clarence, this is their first downtown project.
