What “Made in Buffalo” is all about.

Oxford Pennant is on the move again. This time, the business (formerly located at a small manufacturing studio @ 710 Main Street) has moved a bit uptown, into a building at 810 Main Street that offers them plenty of store frontage, as well as a state-of-the-art 12,000 square foot production facility. Along with the big move, Oxford Pennant has switched up its labels, from reading “Made in the USA” to “Made in Buffalo.”

It’s been incredible watching this Buffalo born and bred business “take off.” These days, the 30+ team is making a lot more than pennants too – they are manufacturing flags, banners, and patches, not to mention selling all sorts of other cool like-minded products at their headquarters.

I suppose that it’s befitting that Oxford Pennant has set up shop in a building with a mural that reads, “Keep Buffalo A Secret.” While that might be the sentiment of the muralist, Oxford Pennant is certainly doing its share of “letting the cat out of the bag.” With a tagline of “We’re proud to be American made, of course, and even prouder to make it in America’s Warmest Cold City™,” it’s no wonder that Oxford Pennant has managed to capture the hearts, imaginations, and soul of this city.

Made in Buffalo’ is a commitment to our customers and staff that they’ll always get the best of what our city embodies; quality, friendship and big fun.”
