Project Best Life: FREE Happy and Healthy Event This Wednesday at The Terrace in Delaware Park

Join us this Wednesday for a Happy & Healthy Wellness Event sponsored by Project Best Life and Buffalo Rising, hosted by The Terrace Buffalo on Wednesday, July 21 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.

July marks the one year anniversary since Buffalo Rising teamed up with Project Best Life in a monthly educational content series. The series seeks to provide wellness inspiration and advice to help people live life to the fullest.

This event will features a dozen vendors with items to sample, a chance to win prizes to help you on your health journey, and more!

Take a free 30-minute class in the Rose Garden

Stop by and take a free miniclass by Barretend Buffalo and Long + Lean Pilates.

4:30 – 5:00 PM – Booty Barre
5:00 – 5:30 PM – Free
5:30 – 6:00 PM – Long + Lean
6:00 – 6:30 PM – Booty Barre

No equipment or experience needed! Bring a mat for comfort. Every skill level is welcome. Classes will be held in the Rose Garden across from The Terrace restaurant.

Barretend Buffalo: Barre and Yoga Studio, was founded by Megan Leith, who wanted to create a community where women feel supported at whatever stage of life they’re in. Barretend isn’t a place for perfection. It’s a place where you don’t have to fear your inability. They will be featuring a variety of exercises and routines that are perfect for novices. Long + Lean Pilates was founded by Hayley Sullivan in 2015. They strive to give their clients the ability to move their bodies the way they were always meant to move.

Kombucha Tasting

Snowy Owl Kombucha was founded after co-owner Tara Sasiadek beat cancer. She had discovered kombucha while she was being treated and wanted to share her love as well as the health benefits with the world. Big Norwegian Kombucha, owned by husband and wife duo Andy and Marissa Bannister, was one of the first kombucha breweries in Buffalo. Both have developed some great flavors and will be on hand, offering free samples of their products and will have some available for purchase!

In addition some of our vendors will be holding giveaways with some great prizes like free classes, waterbottles, books, family coloring packs, and kombucha!

No prior reservation required. We encourage attendees to walk, run, bike to Delaware Park to enjoy this event which is rain or shine.
