Termini looking for visionary restaurateur for 140 Chandler Street

Developer Rocco Termini is looking for another restaurant concept on Chandler Street. The building in question, located at 140 Chandler, is not part of an industrial complex, nor is it one of the larger development footprints along the street, although it certainly has some awesome upsides. Termini says that it’s an empty shell, awaiting someone with some vision – he says that the site has some excellent assets that lend themselves to building out in specific directions.

For example, the backside already has a couple of garage door cutouts that would open right onto a patio, creating a semi-protected indoor-outdoor area. There’s even room for some sort of sprawling lawn/garden area – perfect for outdoors games, movies, sports parties, etc. A rooftop patio overlooking all of the action is also a possibility.

Best of all, Termini is putting in The Chandler Pool Club right next door, which means that there will be tons of synergy between the two buildings, plus Thin Man Brewery and Tappo Pizza a bit further down.

With three great businesses all lined up in a row, and some other restaurant and brewery concepts on the way (further down towards Military), this building suddenly finds itself in a prime spot. Not to mention Barrel + Brine and BlackBird Cider Works across the street, and Food E and Flat #12 Mushrooms coming soon.

For anyone interested in learning more about the building, the potential, and additional Chandler Street opportunities, you are welcome to call 716-861-5385.
