Ellicott Development purchased a multi-unit residential building south of a vacant lot where it had sought to construct a parking lot but was denied by the City. Garry Page sold 878 Elmwood Avenue yesterday to Ellicott Development for $425,000. The three-unit building has three apartments and 2,818 sq.ft. of living space on a 39’ x 180’ lot.
The company was denied a Variance it sought from the Zoning Board of Appeals to construct a 16-car parking lot on a vacant parcel at 880 Elmwood to serve its nearby 905 Elmwood mixed-use project in July 2018. In October, Ellicott’s EVP II LLC purchased the lot for $285,000.
