Mechanical Contractor Mollenberg-Betz is proposing a 15,000 sq.ft. expansion of its existing facility at 300 Scott Street. Mollenberg-Betz’s existing facility totals 43,515 sq.ft. of space and is located south of the I-190 at Chicago Street.

Since 1910 Mollenberg-Betz has been serving Western New York and surrounding areas as a mechanical contractor. The proposed expansion is set to be 15,000 sf and 23’ feet high.
The expansion is located along the north property line, adjacent to Interstate I-190. It will tie into their existing warehouse and match existing building height and profile. The façade will be insulated metal panel, color beige to match the existing. Clerestory windows are included along the North & South facades to provide natural light.
The project will also include a recessed loading dock and multiple overhead doors for truck loading and unloading. An exterior secure storage area is planned for storage of larger equipment, vehicles and products. New parking spaces (16) will be added to the South side of the addition.
Scheid Architectural has been retained to design the project that will be reviewed by the Planning Board on Monday.
