Marketing Begins for The West End

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is busy constructing its The West End project in Waterfront Village and has just received approval to begin sales from the NYS Attorney General’s office.  Prices for the twenty townhouses begin at $850,000.

Located on a 2.4-acre parcel at 240-260 Lakefront Boulevard, the three-story townhouses will each have three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a two-car attached garage, and 2,700 to 3,500 sq.ft. of living space.

The design by Carmina Wood Morris calls for eight townhouses between the Marina Park and Portside developments, a green space along Erie Basin Marina, and three, four-unit townhouse buildings along Lakefront Boulevard and Ojibwa Circle.

HUNT Real Estate ERA has been selected as the exclusive listing broker for the project.  Deacon Tasker, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for HUNT Real Estate ERA and listing agent, points out that the development’s “refined amenities will cater to a discerning clientele who desire modern living and an active lifestyle.”

“The West End offers luxury living with high-end finishes and beautiful water views,” said Tasker. “Combined with the convenient downtown location and its variety of entertainment, dining, and nightlife options, I’m confident this development will be in high demand.”

Features include kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, walk-in closets, and patios and balconies.

The first phase of 12 units will be ready for occupancy in the Spring.
