Flying Bison’s Brewery Burn with Orangetheory

On Saturday August 17, Flying Bison Brewing Company (840 Seneca Street) will be teaming up with Orangetheory fitness to introduce a new brewery workout class. The free monthly class is part of Flying Bison’s “Promoting Active Lifestyles with Beer” philosophy, which encourages people to life a balanced life.

This particular class is an “exhilarating” 45 minute fitness workout within the brewery, starting at 11am, co-hosted by Orangetheory.

After the burn come the rewards – a complimentary BBQ, health and wellness activities and beer specials. The classes are held on Saturdays after all, so if you’re going to indulge, you might as well work up an appetite first. Plus, as Flying Bison puts it… it’s all about living that balanced life, which is why the brewing company also hosts monthly Urban Runs through Downtown Buffalo, and yoga the first Monday of each month.

See this Facebook event page for further details.
