Cool Streets: Buffalo, NY

Cushman & Wakefield Inc., a national commercial real state services company, has created a video that captures a lot of what is making this city such a great growing metropolis. The production team went out and talked to a number of Buffalo’s movers and shakers, all of whom provided insightful sentiments that reflect the city’s renaissance. From Larkinville to Chandlerville, the video’s host – Garrick Brown – shares with viewers up and coming neighborhoods on the rise, as well as glimpses of tried and true urban areas that continue to shine brightly.

Featured guests include an array of developers and change agents such as Rocco Termini, Michael Montante, Bill Paladino, Eric Recoon, Leslie Zemsky, Matt Enstice, and Mark Croce. A number of the region’s greatest assets are highlighted, such as historic tax credits, affordability, restaurants, etc., all of which contribute toward putting Buffalo on the radar as a city that embodies the “Cool Streets Lifestyle”.
