Butter Block signs on to Five Points neighborhood

It’s official. The signs are up. Butter Block Bakery and Pâtisserie is opening up a brick and mortar location in the Five Points neighborhood. Buffalo’s beloved Butter Block will be opening in the adjoining storefront to Urban Roots Cooperative Garden Market, in the same spot where Five Points Bakery got its start.

For upwards of a year, word on the street has been that Butter Block was eyeing this location, much to the mouth watering anticipating of pastry and pie fans all over the region. Over the years, the bakery and pâtisserie has amassed a cult following of foodies who loyally follow them from pop up to pop up. They are especially a big hit during the holiday season.

To date, customers have been able to place online orders, with designated pick-up locations and times. They have also sold to places such as Remedy House, White Cow Dairy’s Farm Shop, and Tilth Farm. Now customers will be able to buy directly from their new shop in the ever-intriguing Five Points neighborhood.

So if you’re constantly jonesing for a Butter Block pop tart, you will now be able to satisfy your craving on demand. And don’t forget about the doughnuts, and all of the rest of the delicious goodies that have made us all so happy over the years.
