On Monday, January 14, Sean J Kennedy from Aloha Life Consulting will be leading a Ho’oponopono Sharing Circle. The traditional talking circle will allow participants to start the New Year off right, by gathering in an open, understanding, and healing ring – Ho’Oponopono means “to make right right.” This circle encourages people to express forgiveness, gratitude, and compassion, in a restorative surrounding that promotes positive shifts when it comes to life challenges.
There is a new spiritual movement afoot, where we are able to exercise our demons through yoga, gong baths, healing circles… or any of the myriad healing practices that are associated with Eastern medicine. Come join Sean, and others, as they gather together in a setting that is unlike anything else that most people are accustomed to.
“Ho’oponopono has taught me to trust in my self and in life. As I embrace whatever it is I am thinking and feeling in the moment, I am empowered to live from inspiration.” – Sean J Kennedy
Ho’oponopono Sharing Circles have become popular in and around Buffalo over the last couple of years. Attending one is a great way to get a fresh start for 2019.
