Seneca Street may have recently lost beloved DiTondo’s restaurant, but a new bar and restaurant is being proposed next to it. Anothony Prendergast is seeking to open a tavern at 378 Seneca. He needs a special use permit for the bar, outdoor dining, and live indoor entertainment envisioned for the site.
The three-story historic building is in need of some love. Prendergast is proposing to rehab the building and add an outdoor patio with a 32-person capacity behind it. The Planning Board will consider the project at its Monday meeting.
