SWEAT 716 is heading to The Hub

It was just about a year ago that SWEAT 716 opened at 43 West Tupper in Downtown Buffalo. Since that time, the fitness training studio owned by M.J. McNerney and Rob Karp has been in growth mode. So much so, that the owners have now opted to pull up stakes and move to The Hub at 145 Swan Street. “We need more space – our classes have huge wait lists now,” said karp. “Plus, the new place has lockers and showers.”

Karp told me that while they are sad to be moving out of their original location, the temptation to make the move into The Hub was too great. The Hub location offers amenities that will be crucial to the growth of the business. SWEAT 716 offers such classes as personal training, cycle, barre, TRX, HIIT, kettle bell, BOSU, hip hop dance, and pole dance classes.

SWEAT 716 will be joining Black Button Distilling at The Hub. The building also houses Apartments at The Hub.

As for the 43 West Tupper location (see below), Karp says that it is available for $804.69 per month, which includes heat. Anyone interested in the space can contact him at robkarp.homes@gmail.com.
