Later this evening, MaddGrafix and Blazed and Diffused are coming together, once again, to host the CBD Dinner Art Show at their “newly heated” warehouse behind Maddink Tattoo at 408 Amherst Street. For those that attended the first CBD affair, then you know how different, and how much fun this CBD dining series is. The orchestrators hit a home run right off the bat with their last extravaganza.
This time, MaddGrafix and Blazed and Diffused are changing things up, as they plan to do at every showing. This session is based on the Mexican Day of the Dead experience, by serving up pastelillos and empanadas provided by Momma’s Kitchen, and taco mac ‘n cheese by Mooney’s on Military. It all goes down later this evening, coinciding with Dia De Los Muertos. For a $10 admission, the CBD dining event features:
- A complimentary CBD tea
- A spiced rum cider
- A festive dress contest with Madd Tattoo gift certificate as a prize
- An art show featuring Ashley Kay
- A live discussion with master surrealist Sean Madden
- Art by Vinny Alejandro
- Photography by Ricky Ward and Rob Peters
- New 3d UV works by Mark Madden
- Hands on chance to print your own limited t-shirt
- Tour of how the silkscreen process works
- Maddblazed warehouse will be showcasing the new CBD products
- Art gifts for the holidays
- A discussion about the benefits of CBD products and industry trends
- Live entertainment by MatKa Buffalo who will be debuting the title track from his latest project, Wendigo
It all takes place between 6pm and 10pm. Check out this Facebook event page for further details.
