On Saturday, November 3, Western New York Book Arts Center (WNYBAC) will be hosting its 4th Annual Liquor & Letterpress event, where guests will be able to indulge in tastings from local distilleries, while encountering letterpress demos (led by WNYBAC volunteers and members) on antique presses.
This is the event where old world letterpress printing techniques go hand-in-hand with the artisanal nature of craft distilling. A number of local distilleries will be present, and there will be signature cocktails and scrumptious food served up by Fat Bob’s Smokehouse.
Guests are encouraged to participate and create an assortment of hand-printed ephemera to take home.
The proceeds from this signature event will go toward’s WNYBAC’s inspirational programming, which is centered around preserving and promoting book-related arts.
