The building sits on a half-acre site with parking for 50 cars. Buyer 370 Franklin LLC is registered with an address of the Serotte Law Firm at 285 Delaware Suite 112. 100 Sylvan LLC purchased 565 Elmwood from Patricia and Giuliano DeGanis. The LLC’s mailing address is a UPS Store on Delaware Road in Kenmore. The building at Elmwood and Anderson Place encompasses 8,743 sq.ft. and includes six apartments and retail space.
