Big Deals: Elmwood and Franklin Properties Trade Hands

The Lucy Curley Building at 370 Franklin Street and a mixed-use building at 565 Elmwood Avenue were purchased yesterday for impressive numbers. 370 Franklin sold for $1.2 million while 565 Elmwood Avenue sold for $910,000.

The Lucy Curley Building is a two-story, 4,667 sq.ft. mansion turned office building located across from the Cyclorama Building at the northern edge of downtown. The building sits on a half-acre site with parking for 50 cars. Buyer 370 Franklin LLC is registered with an address of the Serotte Law Firm at 285 Delaware Suite 112. The LLC purchased the Franklin Street property from Trinity Rising LLC. Property details are available from the Hunt Commercial listing.

100 Sylvan LLC purchased 565 Elmwood from Patricia and Giuliano DeGanis. The LLC’s mailing address is a UPS Store on Delaware Road in Kenmore. The building at Elmwood and Anderson Place encompasses 8,743 sq.ft. and includes six apartments and retail space.
