Apartment Rental includes a Free Pizza as a Signing Bonus

How’s this for a mouth watering rental opportunity? The owner of this property has listed his or her rental, with an unusual twist. As a signing bonus, the owner is throwing in a free pizza. While this will not sweeten the deal so much financially, it’s a cute promotion that has earned a shout out. In the land of pizza – Buffalo NY – the inclusion of a delicious pie goes a long way.

This particular rental was found on Richmond Avenue, right around the corner from Mister Pizza, though there is no mention about which pizzeria is preferred by the owner. Or maybe the new tenant gets to choose his or her pizzeria? Regardless of what pizzeria is decided upon, it’s good to see that someone is having fun with the promotion.

I think that the unusual marketing technique probably says a lot about the owner, who is probably pretty cool. More than a free signing bonus pizza, it’s even more rest assuring that the landlord is a good guy or gal. The free pizzeria gimmick doesn’t guaranty that the landlord is a standup person, but I am willing to make a bet that whoever snags the apartment, and the pizza, will be pretty happy in their new digs.
