NCW: A Nightmare on Grant Street

Fans of Independent Professional Wrestling are scrambling to get tickets to the upcoming event A Nightmare on Grant Street. That’s right – Nickel City Wrestling is back, with a bout on Friday, October 19 at the Polish Cadets of Buffalo – 927 Grant Street.

To refresh your memory, in case you got bashed upside the head with a folding chair, we’ve provided you with a video recap of some of the freshest takedowns from last month’s #RisingDawn2018.

The next highly anticipated wrestling event is already on its way towards being sold out. Front row tickets are no longer available, and the balcony seats are also selling fast.

The evolution of Independent Professional Wrestling in Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas.

“Nickel City Wrestling pretty popular,” says wrestling fan Jean Claude Wouters. “Steven Stroh runs it. They bring a lot of retired big names like Al Snow, Jimmy Hart, Tatonka, Jim Neidhart, etc. It’s about 15 or 20 guys on the roster. It’s definitely growing in popularity. Buffalo is mostly wrestling fans.”

It’s time for a new generation of wrestling fans to get into the action. And if you’re a fan of the old school indie wrestling scene, then there’s a seat with your name on it.

21+ Balcony Seating & General Admission Tickets can be purchased by calling 716-597-2196 or 716-545-6163 or online at www.nickelcitywrestling.net. Wear a costume for a chance to win a door prize!
