Done Deal: Brooklyn Firm Purchases Industrial Sites

A pair of light industrial buildings have traded hands near Buffalo State College.  2225 East 7 Properties and JEMF Buffalo Industrial LLC of Brooklyn purchased 40 Bradley, 120 Dart and 66 Danforth Street on Friday for $3.6 million.  Buffalo Niagara Business Park LLC was the seller.

The properties are east of the Scajaquada Parkway and north of the former Bristol-Myers/Squibb plant, now Monarch 716, an apartment complex geared towards college students.  A 112,604 sq.ft. building is located on the Bradley Street property and the Dart Street property has a 108,910 sq.ft. building.  The Danforth property is a parking lot.

Sometimes the authors at Buffalo Rising work on collaborative efforts in order to cover various events and stories. These posts can not be attributed to one single author, as it is a combined effort. Often times a formation of a post gets started by one writer and passed along to one or more writers before completion. At times there are author attributions at the end of one of these posts. Other times, “Buffalo Rising” is simply offered up as the creator of the article. In either case, the writing is original to Buffalo Rising.
