There are parallel worlds where things are different…
Every so often a film trailer comes along that is… different. The film Wait, produced by emerging Buffalo-based multimedia duo Emily Prism and Zephyr Amethyst appears to be something a bit out of the ordinary (just like their names).
The film (see trailer below) was not only shot in Buffalo (as you will see), it was produced and edited in a professional spellbinding manner that is truly captivating, from start to finish. The cinematography is beautiful. One can only hope that the film is on par with the trailer…
Futureangel is a production company – its goal is to elucidate a new mythology to form the structural underpinnings for a more integrated future.
The film stars local talent Theo Maefs and Zach Buli, and features cinematography by Nick Stroczkowski of Brothers and Sisters Films (edited at Nes Artist Residency in Skagaströnd, Iceland).
“Caught in a whirlwind of celestial magnetism, Zephyr and Luka are bound in complementary orbits circling a shared moment on a downtown subway car. Joint realities unfurl piece by piece beyond the bounds of time and space, lacing scattered pieces of coexistence into a grand mosaic of love realized.” – Zach Buli, actor
It only takes a viewing of the trailer to know that this film production team is going to go far. We’ll be keeping a lookout for more on Futureangel productions.
Wait will be released July 15th, 2017

The timeless concepts of cosmic union and transcendental love are integral to the human experience, yet in recent years have been commodified and distilled into a series of meaningless symbols and sound bites. Through its fresh imagery and novel presentation, Wait makes these concepts accessible to the everyday individual.
