Calling all yogis! For the first time, the annual Budding Tree Yoga Festival will be held at RiverWorks. This coming Sunday, July 9, the public is invited to attend the 4th annual all-day festival, which will feature three outdoor stages, some of the most recognized instructors from around the region, and a vendor marketplace. Participants are asked to bring their own mats and water bottles, and to dress appropriately for (covered) outdoor yoga classes. This festival is free, and is open to all ages and abilities. There’s something for everyone – from beginners to advanced practitioners. If you have an interest in yoga, then this festival is calling your name. The festival will be held rain or shine.
The Budding Tree Yoga Festival will kick off at 9:45 am with an opening ceremony. From there, the schedule is flexible – people can choose from an assortment of classes and workshops throughout the day, featuring different instructors and different styles. This is a great opportunity to learn about the yoga lifestyle, as it pertains to Buffalo. Come meet the instructors and find out which types of yoga fit your preferences and abilities.

The 2017 Budding Tree Yoga Festival is presented by Budding Tree Yoga, in partnership with The Himalayan Institute, and East Meets West Yoga, with additional support from: Wegmans, Mindful Market, Harisa Ayurvedic Wellness Center, Simply Yoga, Coyle Chiropractic, and Kiddie Corner Childcare Center.
