The South Buffalo Farmers’ Market kicks off on Sunday, June 4. The market continues to grow in ways other than the amount of locally produced foods available. This year, the market will feature live music, free weekly yoga, special events (from craft fairs), collaborations with local businesses, and a Kids’ Day. Visitors are welcome to attend the food fair on any given Sunday, in front of the Peter J. Crotty Casino at Frederick Law Olmsted’s Cazenovia Park.
“The South Buffalo Farmers Market has become one of the favorite community gathering spots for the summer,” said South District Councilmember Christopher P. Scanlon. “Set in one of the jewels of the Olmsted park system, the market is a place to shop locally, take a yoga class, visit with friends and neighbors, or just relax in one of our Adirondack chairs while listening to music and sipping coffee. In my opinion, our farmer’s market provides a more unique atmosphere than any other farmer’s market in the area.”

- 1801 Handcrafted
- Cedar’s Bakery
- Chateau Buffalo
