Throughout the summer, you are invited to engage in a number of healthy regimens, including cardio kickboxing, freestyle barre, power pilate and yoga. Best of all, these activities are free, and held outdoors at a number of different key Buffalo destinations.

The driving concept of Fitness in the Parks is simple. Independent Health and YMCA Buffalo Niagara have teamed up to ensure that everyone has access to an array of healthy activities. These workouts are all-ages, and all skill levels, which means that anyone can join in on the fun. Best of all, you don’t have to plan for these classes. Simply arrive whenever you feel like you have some free time. There’s no pressure. The classes are designed so that everyone can participate, get healthy and have fun.
