Parker’s Great British Weekend!

Parker’s Proper Fish and Chips is preparing to unleash a whole bunch of British delights upon Buffalo this weekend. The owners of the establishment have decided to dedicate two full days to British fun, festivities, and food. They are inviting the community to come take part in Parker’s Great British Weekend.

The celebration revolves around National Fish and Chip Day, of course. It all starts off on Friday, with a free scone and a “proper cuppa tea” for any guest that purchases an order of their fine fish and chips. If you have not tried the food and drink at Parker’s’ Pitch Bar, then you don’t know what you’re missing – they also serve English beer and traditional hot pies.

Then, on Saturday, Parker’s will be launching their brand new Victorian-style barbecue, featuring Lincolnshire and Parker’s classic sausages, along with tea and scones.

If the weather cooperates, guests will be able to take a whack at Parker’s giant “football dartboard“. Or try their hand at entering the “Tombola” – not the Italian game, the UK raffle. If they’re lucky, they will walk away with a “fabulous British hamper” (21 years and over).

The entire weekend is a full fledge family affair at Parker’s. So grab your mate, and the kids, and head on over to have yourself a jolly good time at one of the more unique establishments in all of Buffalo.
