A proposal to merge 730 West Avenue with 111 Hampshire and create residential and commercial space will be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday.
The two-story, 10,360 structure at 730 West was built in 1890 as a livery. Perry is proposing to convert it into 13 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. The adjacent garage at 111 Hampshire would be converted into commercial space.
The project requires variances to lot coverage limitations and setbacks. Owner Perry Hill is working John Schenne and Ryan Renshaw of Schenne & Associates on the project.
